What does the free plan include?
Every feature CSresults has, for an organization of up to 2 people, with 2 GB of file storage. There is no end date and no card to enter. The one difference is how much email it sends: a free organization can email progress updates to 25 people and send 10 invitations a day, and a paid plan raises both once the organization is 14 days old.
Who counts as a person?
Everyone active in your organization takes a seat, whatever their role. A pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or revoked. Customers who open a shared plan do not need an account and take no seat.
What happens when we need more people?
An admin can select Ask for more seats on Team & books, or email us. We agree a plan that fits your team. Nothing you already have is locked while we talk.
Is there a trial that runs out?
No. After 30 days we ask your admins how CSresults is working for you. Whatever they answer, nothing changes and nothing is locked.
Do you offer single sign-on?
Not yet. Today people sign in with their email and password, with two-step sign-in that an admin can require for everyone. Single sign-on will come with Enterprise; tell us your identity provider and when you need it.
Can we sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. The data processing terms summarize it, and a signed DPA is available on request.
Which tools does it work with?
HubSpot, through a connection an admin sets up in Settings; Salesforce, through the CSresults package; a REST API with a key per connected system; and webhooks, which is how Zapier, Workato, Make and your own systems hear about events.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes, at any time. An admin can export everything from Settings, Data, and delete the organization there. See Security for what that covers.
