Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between The Didact Company LLC (“we”, “us”), which provides CSresults, and the organization that uses it (“you”). We have written them to be read. If a signed agreement with us says something different, the signed agreement wins.

Accepting these terms

You accept these terms when you create an account or an organization, or accept an invitation to one. If you do that for a company, you confirm that you may agree to them on its behalf. Each person who uses CSresults also agrees to use it in line with these terms.

Accounts and organizations

  • Each person signs in with their own account. Keep your password private, and turn on two-step sign-in for extra protection. Tell us at once at support@revopsolutions.com if you think someone else has used your account.
  • An organization's admins decide who joins, what role each person has, which services are connected, and what is shared. You are responsible for what happens under your organization's accounts.
  • Everyone active in an organization takes a seat, whatever their role, and a pending invitation holds one until it is accepted or revoked.

Plans and fees

  • The free plan is for organizations of up to 2 people, with every feature and no time limit.
  • Paid plans, for larger teams and for Enterprise, are agreed with you in writing: the price, the seats and limits, the term, and how you are invoiced. Fees are due as that agreement says, and do not include taxes, which you pay where they apply.
  • If we change what the free plan includes, we will tell your admins by email before the change takes effect. A paid plan's price and limits change only as its agreement allows.

See Pricing for what each plan includes.

Your data

  • The data your organization puts into CSresults is yours: customers, their people, plans, notes, check-ins, files and everything else. We claim no ownership of it.
  • You allow us to store, copy and process it only to provide CSresults to you, to keep it secure, to support you, and to do what you direct, such as syncing it with a CRM you connect or sending the emails your team sends.
  • We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy and data processing terms say how we handle personal data.
  • You are responsible for having the right to put the data in, and for having a lawful reason to email the people your team sends progress updates to.
  • You can export everything at any time from Settings, Data. We do not keep backups we could restore your data from, so keep your own copies of anything you need, and export before you delete.

CSresults itself

CSresults, its software, design and documentation belong to us and our licensors. While these terms are in force, you and your team may use it for your organization's own business, within your plan and these terms. That right is not exclusive and cannot be transferred, and these terms give you no other rights in CSresults.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use CSresults to:

  • break the law, or store or send anything you have no right to;
  • send spam: progress updates and invitations are for the people your team works with, and must stop for anyone who unsubscribes;
  • store sensitive personal data it is not built for: health or medical details about a person, payment card numbers, bank details, government ID numbers or passwords, in notes, fields or files;
  • upload malware, or anything meant to harm the service or its users;
  • try to get into another organization's data or someone else's account, test our security without following the rules on the security page, or work around limits such as seats, sending limits and API rate limits;
  • copy, resell or rebuild the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Shared plans, emails and connected services

  • A shared plan link works for anyone who has it, without signing in. Your team chooses what to share, and can replace a link or switch it off at any time.
  • Progress updates are sent in your organization's name to the addresses your team chooses. Each recipient can unsubscribe, and we honor it.
  • When you connect HubSpot, Salesforce, webhooks, the API or a calendar app, you direct us to send data to them and take data from them. Those services are governed by your own agreements with their providers, and we are not responsible for them.

The service

  • We work to keep CSresults available, secure and working as described, and we keep improving it. Features may change. If we remove something a paid plan relies on, we will tell your admins first.
  • The standard plans come with no uptime commitment or service level agreement. Any such commitment is part of a written agreement.
  • Support is by email at support@revopsolutions.com.
  • What we do to protect your data is set out on the security page.

Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential, use it only for this agreement, and share it only with the people who need it for that and are bound to keep it confidential too. This does not cover information that is public, that the other already had, or that the law requires to be disclosed.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions about CSresults, we may use them without owing you anything for them.

Suspension

We may suspend an organization if fees are unpaid, if it breaks these terms, or if its use puts the service or other customers at risk. We will tell its admins why. While an organization is suspended its members cannot open it, its shared plans stop working and it sends no emails, but its data is kept intact. We restore access once the reason is dealt with.

Ending

  • You can stop using CSresults at any time. An admin can delete the organization in Settings, Data, and anyone can delete their own account in Your account. Deleting is permanent; the Privacy Policy says what is kept afterwards.
  • We may end these terms for an organization that seriously breaks them and does not put it right after we have told it. We may also stop offering the free plan or CSresults itself, after telling your admins by email with enough time to export your data.
  • If we end these terms for an organization, its admins can ask us for an export of its data for 30 days afterwards, unless the law prevents it. After those 30 days we delete the organization and its data, as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • A paid plan ends as its agreement says. The sections on your data, confidentiality, liability and governing law continue to apply after the end.

Warranty

Apart from what these terms say, CSresults is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises about it, including that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for all claims about CSresults is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the federal laws of the United States that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and each of us agrees to their jurisdiction.

General

  • We may update these terms. We will change the date below and, for a change that matters, email your admins before it takes effect. Using CSresults after that means you accept the new terms.
  • We send notices to your organization's admins by email. Send yours to support@revopsolutions.com.
  • Neither of us may transfer this agreement without the other's consent, except to a buyer of the business or the part of it this agreement concerns.
  • Neither of us is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, a war, or a wide outage of the internet or of a provider the service runs on, as long as we work to limit its effect.
  • If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part straight away does not give up the right to enforce it later.
  • These terms, with any signed agreement and the documents they mention, are the whole agreement between us about CSresults.
